This stresses me out! Is it really worth it?
If you’ve just started using ByMorte don’t worry. The stress/worry is normal and is in fact the motivator to get you to change yourself for the better.
And not for anyone else but yourself.

But wait, if I focus my thoughts on my death won’t I actually die?
The mind is a powerful thing, as noted by Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill, and Stephen Covey. It’s perfectly reasonable to worry knowing what they teach that if you focus on your death too greatly you will actually shorten your life.
Obviously, use ByMorte responsibly, but I want you to keep this in the back of your mind: Which is the better life, one lived long but unfulfilled or shorter but complete?
If you honestly feel the former, this app may not be for you. However I ask that you be wary that the feeling isn’t driven by fear.
